Introduction<\/h4>

These conditions govern the registration and participation in the XXVII Spanish Astronomy Congress (CEA 2026), organised by the Sabadell Astronomical Society, C\/ Prat de la Riba, s\/n (Parc Catalunya) \u2013 08206 Sabadell (Barcelona). Tel.: +34 93 725 53 73. Email: secretaria@astrosabadell.org<\/a>. Attendees must be of legal age and have full legal capacity. Acceptance of these conditions is mandatory in order to complete the registration.<\/p>

Registration process<\/h4>

The user must complete the registration form available on the website, enter their personal and payment details, accept these conditions and complete the payment. Once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email that must be presented to access the Congress and, if applicable, the official dinner.<\/p>

Amendments<\/h4>

The AAS may amend these conditions at any time; changes will not affect registrations already completed unless expressly accepted by the attendee.<\/p>

Features and capacity<\/h4>

Registration includes access to the lectures and events of the official programme. If the maximum capacity is reached, a free waiting list will be set up. The Congress dinner will be separate, with limited places, and managed on a first-come, first-served basis.<\/p>

Payment<\/h4>

Payment is made in advance and securely by bank card, through the 4Tickets platform or an equivalent one. The sending of invoices in electronic format is authorised.<\/p>

Cancellations and withdrawal<\/h4>

There is no right of withdrawal, as the purchase is made entirely in digital format and is considered executed upon completion of payment. Non-attendance does not entitle a refund. The organisation may cancel the event if the minimum number of registrants is not reached; in that case, all amounts paid will be refunded.<\/p>

Liability<\/h4>

The AAS is not responsible for incorrect use of the registration system, nor for technical failures, interruptions or incidents arising from causes beyond its control or force majeure.<\/p>

Validity<\/h4>

If any clause is found to be null or unenforceable, the remaining clauses shall retain full validity.<\/p>

Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/h4>

These are governed by Spanish legislation. The parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Sabadell (Barcelona).<\/p>
