Purpose of Processing

To manage registration, participation and attendance at the Congress, as well as the activities associated with it, until the conclusion of the event.

Legal Basis

Consent of the data subject and execution of the contract arising from registration at the congress.

Data Processed and Recipients

Name, surname and payment details, which will be shared with the payment gateway management company (4Tickets or equivalent) solely to validate and process the registration payment.

In the case of allergies, intolerances or other special needs, this data will be processed exclusively for the correct organisation of events and will be deleted after the conclusion of the Congress (legal basis: explicit consent).

Rights of Individuals

The user may withdraw their consent and exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection and restriction of processing at any time, by:
