1. CORPORATE SPONSOR
Target Audience: Companies and Corporations
BENEFITS:
- Premium-visibility presence in the Congress communications and official materials
- Tailor-made Sponsor activity in the CEA 2026, according to the Congress programme, such as giving a lecture, workshops, awards, exhibition or others
- Two complimentary registrations, including access to the Congress sessions, Welcome cocktail, and the official Congress gala dinner
- Article, interview or advertising of the Sponsor, to be published through the Congress communication channels and in ASTRUM digital magazine
- Brand visibility through Congress social media communications and official press releases and media outreach

Sponsorship contribution: starting from €3,000 based on project activity and related budget.
2. CEA 2026 SPONSOR
Technology & Specialist: for companies within the sector, such as equipment manufacturers, publishers, software developers, online stores, etc.
Experience & Services: for service providers such as Astrotourism, Aeronautics, Observatory Farms, and more.
BENEFITS:
- Featured placement as Sponsors in all Congress communications and materials.
- Product presentation in a Workshop, Exhibition, or other formats to be confirmed.
- Full-page advertisement or feature article in the digital magazine ASTRUM.
- Visibility in social media announcements and Congress press releases.
- Complimentary invitation for two people to the Congress and the cocktail reception.
- Inclusion of company merchandising in the participants' welcome packs (optional).
Contribution: €500 + 21% VAT
3. COMMERCIAL COLLABORATOR
Target Audience: Local or national SMEs wishing to support the organization of the event.
BENEFITS:
- Logo placement within the "Commercial Collaborators" section in all Congress communications and materials.
- Shared full-page advertisement in the digital magazine ASTRUM.
- Visibility in social media announcements and Congress press releases.
- Complimentary invitation for one person to the Congress and the cocktail reception.
- Inclusion of company merchandising in the participants' welcome packs (optional).
In-kind contribution: organizational materials or services for the CEA, subject to suitability approval by the Organizing Committee.
HOW TO REQUEST SPONSORSHIP?
1. Submit your application and proposal via email to the AAS Secretariat: secretaria@astrosabadell.org
2. Evaluation of the proposal by the CEA 2026 Organizing Committee (further information may be requested or suggestions made, if applicable).
3. Admission based on the evaluation, which will be communicated via confidential email, and formalization of the applicable terms and conditions.
4. Immediate inclusion of the Sponsor’s or Commercial Partner’s branding in CEA 2026 communications and media, following the formalization of all required conditions.
